Shipping, packing, and UV-sterilization is included with the prices of all appliances, so you really have nothing to worry about here.
RETURN/REFUND/REMAKE POLICY
If your appliance appears to have a problem or defect, please take a photo of the defect and contact us right away to discuss the issue. A new appliance will be made at no cost if there was a manufacturing defect. However, if the defect appears to be caused by incorrect usage or excessive adjustment, then a new appliance will carry a new fee.
